Maznik is a crispy pastry stuffed with a range of delectable fillings, from cheese and spinach to meat and onion, that will really get your tastebuds going.
Hand stretched until it is paper thin, the dough is then rolled and coiled with all the yummy fillings inside and served with a glass of creamy buttermilk.

Located on bustling Hudsons Road in Spotswood, Maznik offers a range of freshly baked Balkan sweet and savoury pastries as well as pantry staples and deli goods.
BACKGROUND
Being raised in a Macedonian household, I grew up watching my mum make maznik by hand.
The best memories I have always have food at their centre, with family gathering to share stories, laugh and enjoy a drink together.
